Please allow up to 5 minutes for the points to be processed and added to your account.
Make sure to copy your unique TBX code.
Use the command /shop to bring up the in-game menu.
Paste your TBX code into the "REDEEM CODE" section and click on "Redeem".
Make a ticket on the Kinetic RP discord.
KNRP (Kinetic Role Play)
Terms of Sale By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital content licence (not ownership)
All purchases are digital content and grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use items/entitlements within KNRP. You do not own any underlying assets or IP. Digital items have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
2. Delivery
Digital content is supplied by adding/activating entitlements on your account, usually immediately after payment. We log delivery and access data (e.g., timestamps, account ID, IP/device identifiers) to prevent fraud and evidence fulfilment.
3. Cancellation & refunds (UK consumers)
By purchasing, you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge you lose any statutory right to cancel once supply begins (i.e., when content is added/activated on your account). All sales are final, except where UK law requires otherwise (e.g., faulty/not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
4. Inactivity revocation (OTP items)
If your account is inactive for more than 31 consecutive days, KNRP may revoke OTP items/entitlements linked to that account. On revocation, related items/privileges may be removed and may be relisted for resale. You will have no further claim to revoked entitlements.
5. Disputes & chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact us first via Discord tickets. If a chargeback/dispute is raised after content has been supplied, we may submit evidence of fulfilment and acceptance of these Terms. Chargeback abuse or non-fraudulent disputes may result in immediate suspension/termination, removal of entitlements, and restriction of future purchases. If funds are reversed, you are not entitled to retain the digital content.
